What are the return, exchange, and refund policies?
We accept returns within seven days of arrival. When you receive the product and find it defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Please take a photo and provide a description of the defect you found. The watch should not be scratched, the links should not be removed, the leather strap should not be cut, and no parts should be replaced.
You may find parts that came loose during shipping. But we are happy to have the watch returned to us and restored. You can contact us for first-hand repairs, which you can do in less time.
How much is shipping?
Will I incur additional costs such as taxes/duties or hidden charges?
If you choose to ship from the US/UK, you will not have to pay a cent when you receive your package. Our checkout page will be the final stage where you must pay the amount.
How long will it take for the watch I ordered to arrive?
Please allow 24-36 hours for your payment to be approved. After the price is full, your products will be sorted, sent to the final QA, and then packed. Shipping is free, and you will receive your package within 12-15 business days. Please allow 10-14 business days for shipment from the UK office after payment is approved.
